What’s your cancellation policy?

Any cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations under 24 hours will forfeit the session and be charged. Family emergencies, severe accidents, etc… will not count against you, but must have proof of circumstance.


Do I have to pay all at once?

Depending on your plan (1-on-1), there are various installment plans to break up the payments. Other options are set as is on the scheduling and pricing page 


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Call, text, Facetime, email, or skype is available. I’m happy to help with any questions and/or concerns.
